Studio Signori played a key role in the acquisition of a majority stake in Palazzi Agency by the French group Chabé, a global leader in bespoke mobility services for the luxury hospitality sector. The transaction, which closed on June 20, 2024, strengthens Chabé’s presence in Italy and expands its range of exclusive event and logistics services.
The Studio Signori team, composed of Simone Amati and Gabriele Lalicata provided comprehensive assistance to the selling party, Palazzi Management, for the corporate aspects of the transaction.
In particular, the Firm drafted and negotiated the contractual documentation, conducted legal due diligence, and managed all phases of the closing.
