The Israeli companies White City Group, Isrotel, and Phoenix Insurance Group have acquired a 5,000 square meter property located on Via della Scrofa in the historic center of Rome. The acquisition is part of a broader development plan by Israeli investors in Italy.
The buyers were assisted by Gianni & Origoni and Studio Signori in legal and corporate matters, while Rezza SpA acted as the real estate mediator. White City Group is a company that offers investment opportunities in the commercial real estate market in the United Kingdom, while Isrotel is a hotel chain with numerous hotels in Israel. Phoenix Insurance Group is a listed insurance company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The transaction reflects the continued interest of investors in Rome’s real estate and hospitality market, which has recently seen other significant acquisitions by international hotel chains.
