Carmen Trada, owner of 39.32% of the share capital of Edilnol S.p.A., with the support of Intesa San Paolo, acquired the majority stake in the company from her brother Antonio, thus becoming the sole shareholder of Edilnol S.p.A., based in Vigliano Biellese (BI).
Edilnol is currently specialized in construction and carries out the activity of wholesale and retail trade of machines, equipment, vehicles, spare parts and technical items, in addition to the processing and marketing of ferrous material for armor and timber for the construction of pre-cut roofs and wooden houses.
Edilnol also offers rental and repair services for equipment, construction and agricultural machinery and vehicles.
