Qualifications

Born in 1971. At Studio Signori since 2002, before that Simone worked for major professional firms in Rome (Studio D’Innella, Studio Privitera).
Simone advised major clients on corporate, financial, fiscal and management control issues, business plan, due diligence, corporate restructuring, feasibility studies, corporate finance (m&a, spin-offs, corporate restructurings) and structured finance (mortgages, leasing, lease back, bridge financing, bullet loan etc.)
Simone worked on several real estate deals advising on corporate structure in Italy and off-shore and valuation of fiscal impacts of real estate investments.
Simone is internal auditor for major Italian companies.

Master in International Taxation of Enterprises – 1997 Roma
Lecturer in several Post Graduate Courses.
