Qualifications
Saverio Signori holds a degree in Economics from the LUISS University in Rome with 110/110 mark, he wrote a thesis in Banking and Professional Technique on “The assessment of the Country Risk in the context of granting credits”.
He is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and is the owner of Studio Signori – Accountants & Lawyers, with offices in Rome and Milan. He is registered in the role of Auditors in the Ministry of Justice and is a Technical Consultant at the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome.
Saverio Signori is specialized in Corporate Finance, he has operated and operates for important national and multinational companies. He was a member of the Commission promoted by the Ministry of Productive Activities (now Ministry of Economic Development) for the reform of the extraordinary administration for large companies in crisis.
Saverio Signori has been a member of the board of statutory auditors of: Treccani (Istituto dell’Enciclopedia Italiana); Ecofuel S.p.A., a company belonging to the ENI Group; Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, as President (until 27 June 2005); he was also an associate from the Higher School of Economics and Finance (Studiare Sviluppo Srl).
Chairman of the Board of Auditors of A.S.L. Parma, Reimmobiliare S.p.A.- Unicredito Group, Presticinque S.p.A – Banca Popolare Emilia Romagna Group.
He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Maire Tecnimont S.p.A.
Saverio Signori has also collaborated with the professor of Banking and Professional Technology, Prof. Nazzareno Ferri, in the Faculty of Economics of La Sapienza University of Rome. Afterwards, always at the Faculty of Economics of La Sapienza University of Rome, he collaborated with Prof. Maurizio Vincenzini, owner of the Economics and Technical Department of Insurance Companies.
Saverio, as part of the Department of Applied and Professional Accounting, held a research contract at the LUISS Faculty of Law.
He has been a member of the Examining Commission and the Graduation Commission at LUISS and at La Sapienza.
He is a contract professor in Business Administration at the LUISS School of Business and Economics.
