The law firms Gianni & Origoni and Studio Signori provided legal assistance to the Israeli companies White City Group, Isrotel, and the Phoenix fund in the acquisition of a five-thousand-square-meter property located in the historic center of Rome, on Via della Scrofa.
The team from Gianni & Origoni, led by partner Magda Serriello and supported by counsel Eugenio Falcone, senior associate Andrea Baglioni, and associate Filippo Andreoni, assisted the investors in the purchase negotiations and managed the corporate, contractual, and due diligence aspects.
Studio Signori, led by partner Simone Amati and composed of associates Gabriele La Licata and Giacomo Cesarei, handled the tax and accounting due diligence, as well as the corporate, tax, and financial aspects of the transaction.
