Saverio Signori founded Studio Signori in 1987.

The Firm can boast a strong expertise in various sectors: financial, tax and corporate areas; in particular, assistance services and consultancy for the drafting and the implementation of corporate restructuring, debt restructuring and the special agreement with creditors (ex-artt-67.182 LF 160).
In 2016 Studio Signori won the award “Tax Law Firm of the Year in Italy” assigned by Global Law Experts. Studio Signori was selected amongst the best Italian firms in the field and the award was handed to Studio Signori for its expertise and professionality.
The founder, Saverio Signori, is an expert in Corporate Finance. Saverio has operated and still operates for major national and multinational companies. He was a member of the Commission promoted by the Ministry of Productive Activities (now, Ministry of Economic Development) for the reform of the extraordinary administration for large companies in state of crisis.
At the moment, he is a lecturer in Business Administration at the LUISS School of Business and Economics based in Rome.
Saverio is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome. He is also certified in the role of Auditor at the Ministry of Justice and is a Technical Consultant at the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome.
